It was a nice experience staying during my Easter holidays at this hotel. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The location was convenient as it was close to the railway station and the heart of the city. I especially enjoyed the airport pick-up and drop-off service which was complimentary. The rooms were tidy and came equipped with a coffee/tea maker and free WiFi. The complimentary breakfast had good options.

The size of the rooms was smaller as compared to other hotels. The food range was limited, and the menu was repetitive.

This hotel is situated in a prime location, near a bustling market area close to a major railway station. Rooms are well-mineted, clean & equipped with tea-coffee maker, mini bar, TV with cable connection, and necessary toiletries in the bathroom. Complimentary breakfast has good variety and taste. the hotel staff is courteous and helpful. the fitness center and travel desk are added facilities.

The food quality needs improvement.

The hotel was located very close to the railway station and the city center. the rooms were well, furnished, had free Wi, Fi, and were equipped with a mini fridge. the staff was friendly and the check, in/check, out process was fast.

We had trouble with the hot water in the bathroom. It was only lukewarm in the mornings and late evenings.
